Includes a plasma screen for presentations and video meetings, a white board wall. The glass walls can also be written on using chalk pens provided. Rates peak at £35 + VAT p/hr for non-members with significant discounts for members. The Glasshouse: Seats a maximum of 10 people. Includes a plasma screen and two glass walls which can be written on using chalk pens provided. Rates peak at £50 + VAT p/hr for non-members with significant discounts for members. The Boardroom: Seats a maximum of 20 people. Includes a plasma screen and a large glass wall which can be written on using chalk pens provided. Rates peak at £60 + VAT p/hr for non-members with significant discounts for members.
HIRE THE HUB
The HUB Kings Cross is available to hire on Thursday and Friday evenings and at weekends. Hire our unique space for your own events, workshops, away days, initiatives and projects. All hire bookings must be for a minimum of 3hrs. Private Hire (£200/hr ex VAT). Exclusive use of the HUB Kings Cross for your event.

Starting at £150/hr ex VAT. We welcome proposals from potential partners who want to run an event with us. In exchange for a discount on our usual hire fee, Partnership events must:
Inspire and support our member community
Provide at least 15 free or discounted (maximum £5) tickets for our members
Provide at least one staff member to cover the door / manage your guest list
Allow space for a 5 minute presentation at the beginning of your event on who we are and what we do
Recognise us (via logos, credit etc) as a supporter of your event on all promotional material that you produce
